Where we pick up
The airport sits in Praya, in the south of the island, and most hotels are an hour or more from it — long enough that the drive matters. Lembar in the west is the ferry port for Bali; Bangsal in the north-west is where the fast boats to the Gili islands leave. We cover all three, in both directions.
Travelling as a family
Tell us how many of you there are and how much luggage you have, and we send a vehicle that actually fits. Families arriving with small children and a lot of bags are the most common reason a transfer goes badly, and the easiest thing to plan for.
For Muslim guests
If you land at prayer time, pray — the musholla is inside the terminal and the driver waits without being asked. And after a long flight, say the word and the first stop is a proper halal meal instead of a hotel minibar.
